Starting Early June 2026 for 20 weeks or season end date, Fox Family Farm and CSA would like to invite you to start a weekly produce delivery.

Each week you will be sent a shopping list for a delivery to your home.

You will get a list with prices and what the harvest is each week to choose from, you pay for your selection and we deliver.

We need every one to go through this sign up process and pay your deposit, so we know how many people we can accommodate .

When you make your selection each week we also ask you to provide us with a 3 item sub list, just so we can make an alteration to your selections if we run out of something.

Your deposit is your delivery fee & confirmation of a spot for the 2026 season. This pays for mileage, gas and man power for the whole year, its a one time fee, and is not refundable.

We need you to have a cooler set outside in a shaded area, with ice in it and you will not need to be home for your delivery. Please do not leave anything in the sun if you are gone for a long period of time.

If there is any drama or if you do not follow all instructions we reserve the right to convert your membership to the original CSA membership where we select your food.

By filling out this form you have digitally signed and agreed to a 20 week produce home delivery of your selection from the drop downs provided on this form, for the 2026 season. If you do not order from the membership you selected you will be responsible for the weekly amount or the balance for the season.
Once a contract is submitted you are bound to the contract for the season and must fufill it or it will be sent to collections for the total amount of the contract.

We do not offer any refunds for membership fees.

We will replace any food that you feel is not adequate, with a photo explaining what is wrong.
