Rosemary-1-4 inch pot

BBQ Rosemary" refers to a specific, fast-growing rosemary variety (Rosmarinus officinalis 'Barbecue') known for its strong, aromatic flavor, sturdy stems perfect for skewers, and adaptability to grilling, infusing meats and vegetables with a smoky, piney, citrusy taste while also being an easy-to-grow, drought-tolerant landscape plant. It's used to flavor marinades, rubs, and even as natural skewers for kebabs, adding robust flavor to grilled chicken, lamb, potatoes, and seafood.
Strong, aromatic, with hints of pepper and lemon, enhancing grilled foods.
Sturdy and straight, ideal for using as skewers for kebabs.
Upright, fast-growing shrub, reaching 4-6 feet tall, with blue flowers.
Herb gardens, hedges, containers, landscapes, and flavoring all grilled items.
Skewers: Thread meats (chicken, shrimp, lamb) or vegetables (zucchini, peppers) onto rosemary stems for infused flavor.
Marinades & Rubs: Chop leaves finely and add to oil, lemon juice, garlic for marinades or sprinkle directly on food before grilling.
Lay whole sprigs on the grill or coals to release oils and smoke, flavoring steaks and mushrooms as they cook.
Potatoes: Toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary, then roast or grill.
Prefers full sun and well-drained soil; drought-tolerant.
Pruning: Prune regularly to maintain shape and encourage dense growth, or after blooming.
