NEW* Curry -1-4inch pot

The Curry Tree is a tropical to subtropical tree native to India and Southeast Asia. Its leaves, known as curry leaves, are highly aromatic and widely used in South Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine.
Culinary Uses: The fresh leaves are the essential part for cooking and their flavor is enhanced when fried in oil or ghee with other spices. They are used in various dishes, including curries, chutneys, soups, and rice dishes, and are safe to eat, though they may have a tough texture and are sometimes removed before serving, similar to bay leaves.
Growing Conditions: It is a small evergreen bush or tree that thrives in full sun and well-drained, fertile soil. It is frost tender and in cooler climates must be grown in containers and overwintered indoors.
Medicinal Properties: In traditional medicine (Ayurveda), the leaves, roots, and bark have been used for various ailments due to their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties.
